Francis E. Molinari

Every well run organization needs the infrastructure to carry out its purpose.  Fran has been the partner behind the technology upgrades and system integrations we have been implementing here at Molinari Oswald and inclination speculates that if he were not an accountant, he would be an IT specialist.  A CPA since 1984, Fran has been an avid member of the chamber of commerce and enjoys helping people in business understand the tax laws and the benefits of doing business.  Fran’s specialty areas are tax planning and consulting to closely held businesses, international tax and business; and providing software solutions for the legal, accounting, and small business marketplace.

Fran is a busy man with the oversight of his authentic Italian restaurant on the south side of Bethlehem, Molinari’s.  When not at one of his two businesses, he finds solace in working with his two Belgian Malinois.  Of course, if one of his five children should be visiting, I’m sure they all join in the fun.  He and his wife Cheri enjoy traveling and have had international friends stay with them throughout the years building lasting friendships.  Being a European at heart you can get him talking about football in the traditional sense, and he often has an amazing story of a trip or two.
