As partner, Dan brings a desire for up to the minute knowledge to the firm that pushes all others to be ready for any question at any time. Prone to the Socratic method of teaching, Dan is usually good for a scenario or question that leads to a great discussion and more importantly, the best solution for our clients. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University, Dan started his career in the tax department of Washington, D.C. office of Ernst and Young. After some time he worked toward becoming partner and has implemented his years of experience into the instruction of his staff. With specialties in tax and financial planning for individuals and closely held businesses, along with Business valuations, Dan has been a licensed CPA since 1982.
When not helping you plan for the next tax season, Dan is enjoying the outdoors, either bike riding, kayaking, or walking his beloved beagles. An avid sports fan, you can catch up on any team’s odds of winning the World Series, Super Bowl, Master’s tournament, or Olympics. Dan is a trusted member and leader in his church and a supporter of those serving in missions work. Married to his wife Leanne for over 25 years, they have a daughter, Marissa, and a son, Gregory.
