Molinari Oswald LLC is a certified public accounting firm located in Center Valley, Pennsylvania.  We provide audit, accounting and tax services as well as business valuations, estate and trust administration and software consulting to a broad range of clients across many industries.  Our business clients are involved in various industries including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, wholesale, real estate investment, professional services, and technology.  We also assist various non-profit organizations with their accounting needs.  We are committed to providing close, personal attention to our clients.


Part-Time Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Molinari Oswald is currently looking to add a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to our team!  Part-time hours will be 12:30PM – 6:00PM during tax season (January – April), and 12:30PM – 5:00PM off-season.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and directing calls to appropriate persons
  • Copying, filing, and organization of client documents
  • Providing administrative support to professional staff
  • Maintaining files and records according to firm policy
  • Assisting with client correspondence, including emails, memos, and mailings

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior tax office experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with ability to learn new systems
  • Professional demeanor, particularly with clients (phone and in person)
  • Emphasis on maintaining client confidentiality
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, while prioritizing duties and client needs
  • Positive attitude, team player, willingness to learn

2020 Summer Accounting Intern

Molinari Oswald is offering a paid six week student internship during summer of 2020.  The internship program will provide the student with relevant skills in a variety of accounting functions via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing a variety of income tax returns including individual, partnership, corporate, and exempt organization
  • Assisting with compilation, review and audit work paper preparation
  • Assisting with general accounting and bookkeeping
  • Reconciling general ledger accounts
  • Learning software applications such as Quickbooks, Ultra Tax, Creative Solutions Professional Suite, and other.
  • Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be actively enrolled at an accredited University with a major in Accounting, anticipated graduation in 2021 as a CPA candidate (150 credits), with a current GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
  • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)

Time Commitment:

  • Hours of operation are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday
  • Must be available to work up to 24 hours a week for 6 weeks beginning May-June or July-August

CPA Senior Accountant (5-7 years)

Molinari Oswald is currently looking to add a Senior level CPA to our team!

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and review of income tax returns including individual, partnership, corporate, and exempt organizations
  • Recommend tax strategies by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues
  • Preparation of compilation, review, and audit engagements
  • Engaging regularly with clients and maintaining strong relationships

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of public accounting experience
  • CPA license required
  • Valuation certification: CVA or equivalent is a plus
  • Compilation, Review, and Audit experience across a broad range of industries and organizations
  • Broad tax compliance experience including individual and all entity types
  • Ability to prioritize workload and execute assignments timely and efficiently
  • Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
  • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
  • Proven record of growing the business with existing clients and cultivating new clients
  • Proficient in software tools including Thomson Reuters’ Suite of Professional Software, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
