The Historic building that once housed the Manor House Inn will be the future home of local CPA firm, Molinari Oswald.
The plans are underway, and the construction is set to be completed by late summer of next year. Other local companies will be part of this project as well, tasking MKSD Architects of Allentown with handling the intricate task of combining old and new.
Brad Reynolds, one of Molinari Oswald’s partners is excited about the project. “We’re really hoping to preserve the history of the structure while providing for the future needs of our firm.”
Molinari Oswald has grown to keep ahead of their clients’ needs with plans for continued growth as the future needs dictate. In keeping with this vision the firm needed to find a location with adequate space to expand.
With such forward thinking, it may seem strange to procure such an old building. Dan Oswald, a partner of the firm spoke to this irony. “As we looked to expand, we couldn’t find anything that fit our firm. We found this opportunity and knew it was for us. It embodies our practice – time honored skills with new excitement coming from the younger generation of CPAs we have had the privilege to hire.”
Members of the community are pleased to know the building will be made useful again by a company that has proven to be a valuable asset to the Lehigh Valley. For those wishing to have a piece of the Manor House, there will be an auction January 21, 2017. Details for the auction can be found at www.somersauctioneering.com
